Position: IT Project Officer
Location:Central
Working Days:5 Days Work Week
Salary:Up to $5000/month

Job scope:

Operational Support

• Provide guidance to users on the use of ICT equipment/devices in accordance with SOPs and guidelines.
• Act as a customer service consultant to support users during the transition to new ICT equipment/devices.
• Handle and close ICT-related service requests and queries.
• Serve as the liaison point with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

ICT Planning & Coordination

• Assist in scheduling and planning ICT migration activities.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and users to ensure smooth execution of migration plans.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and monitor asset movements and equipment changes.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and decommissioning with vendors.

Administrative & Documentation Duties

• Prepare meeting minutes, status updates, and presentation materials.
• Maintain and update records such as ICT policies, user guides, and project documentation.
• Develop and update user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
• Support documentation and approval processes for change requests.

User & Stakeholder Support

• Act as the main point of contact for user communications before, during, and after the migration.
• Facilitate user onboarding, briefings, and readiness checks.
• Gather user feedback and manage support queries related to the migration.
• Support internal communications and escalate unresolved issues appropriately

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business IT, or related discipline.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in ICT support, project coordination, or user onboarding preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
