IT Operations Support Officer (Government Project Exposure)

Up to $3,500 + Medical Coverage + Leave Benefits. Monday to Friday, Office Hours. Work Location: Mapletree Business City / Punggol / West Area (Transport Claim Provided). 12 months contract - Renewable.

This role offers hands-on exposure to a Government project in a stable, office-hours environment. You will be part of the IT operations team providing first-level end-user support, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end users, including basic troubleshooting for Windows systems and IT peripherals
• Support laptop and desktop setup, imaging, security patching, and application upgrades
• Coordinate with internal operations teams and external vendors for IT and facilities-related support
• Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, including logistics and maintenance coordination
• Maintain and update IT asset inventories to ensure accurate tracking of equipment

Requirements

• Singaporean only
• Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Prior experience in desktop support / end-user IT support
