We are looking for an energetic individual as Accountant and Administration. The accountant and administration is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, oversee payables and receivables, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial analysis, company trading tax advise, reporting and all office administration matters.
General Responsibilities :
Sphere head preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Oversee accounts payable process, including invoice verification and payment processing.
Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
Oversee the accounts receivable process, including timely and accurate customer billing, tracking outstanding invoices, and managing collections.
Maintain effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding payment and invoicing matters.
Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysis to assess the company's financial performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Generate financial reports and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and efficiency improvement.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
Assist in the preparation of Director and Company tax matters and compliance with tax laws.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, communicating any impacts to management.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined financial processes and controls.
Enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities by leveraging technology and automation.
Participate in system implementations or upgrades related to finance and accounting functions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, sales, logistic, commercial, human resource and administration team to ensure accurate and timely financial information exchange.
Provide financial insights and support for decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Work closely with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

Job Experience & Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Accountant ad Administration role.

Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial software/tools.
Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with advanced Excel skills.
