A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to handle phone communications, perform data entry, assist in HR functions, and manage payroll. Candidates should have 'N', 'O' Level, ITE or equivalent qualifications, a positive attitude, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities

  • Handle daily phone calls and incoming/outgoing emails/messages.
  • Perform data entry and general administrative matters.
  • Assist the manager in managing some HR functions and payroll preparation.
  • Apply, renew, and book work permits, renew passports.
  • Issue invoices and calculate worker salaries.
  • Assist in other accounting records and documentation.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
