Job Description

Leads the design, deployment, and continuous enhancement of Talent, Leadership Development, and PeopleCapability initiatives across the Asia Area. The role is responsible for driving talent strategy, succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and strategic capability building to support business growth and organizationaleffectiveness. Acts as a strategic partner to Regional, Area, and Country leadership teams.

  • Leads the development and execution of the Asia Talent & Development strategy, ensuring alignment with Global, International and Area people strategies.
  • Drives succession planning, leadership pipeline development, talent review processes across the region, and implement targeted development actions for successors.
  • Designs and delivers leadership development programs, capability frameworks, and learning initiatives tailored to Asia business priorities.
  • Ensures strong governance and consistent execution of performance management, including calibration, capability building, and coaching.
  • Works closely with Regional/Area leadership to identify organizational capability gaps and co-create development roadmaps.
  • Provides expert consultation on organizational design, team effectiveness, and change leadership as needed.
  • Partners with Global Talent CoE to cascade global initiatives, adapting content and approach to Asia context.
  • Monitors talent metrics, succession readiness, I&D indicators, and development program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensures compliance with corporate standards, HR policies, and local regulatory requirements related to learning and talent processes.
