You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Promote employer branding to attract high-quality candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records
  • Support recruitment projects such as campus hiring, mass hiring, or employer branding initiatives
  • Prepare and coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding process to ensure smooth candidate experience
Requirements
  • Proven experience of 1 to 2years as a talent acquisition or HR generalist, in a fast-paced environment
