Job summary
A leading global consultancy is seeking a Senior Advisory professional to support workforce and compliance processes within the HVDC platform project in Singapore. The position requires over 12 years of experience in HR advisory and strong stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Dutch, with a deep understanding of workforce governance and labor compliance. This strategic role involves translating processes from Dutch to Singaporean contexts and fostering collaboration across borders.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in HR advisory or related fields.
- Experience in global matrix environments.
- Strong knowledge of workforce governance and labor compliance.
- Fluency in English and Dutch required.
Responsibilities
- Advise on strategic workforce planning and capacity needs.
- Translate and contextualize Dutch project processes.
- Identify risks in workforce governance and compliance.
- Facilitate cross-border collaboration between teams.
