- Guest Interaction & Service Delivery
- Greet and engage guests in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Menu & Product Knowledge
- Study and understand all menu items, ingredients, cooking methods, and allergens.
- Confidently explain dishes and offer thoughtful suggestions, including beverage pairings.
- Stay updated on daily specials, promotions, and seasonal changes.
- Hospitality Standards
- Uphold Fortuna’s reputation for delivering the best hospitality in Singapore.
- Anticipate guest needs, personalize the experience, and build genuine rapport.
- Treat every guest as a VIP — especially returning customers and high spenders.
- Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and service areas.
- Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently between guest seatings.
- Follow opening, shift, and closing duties as per service standards.
- Team Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with hosts, runners, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Attend pre-shift briefings and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Support team members during busy periods with a team-first attitude.
