About the role

Join The American Club as a Restaurant Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our members. In this full-time position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency. The role is located in the Orchard Central Region.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, schedule planning, and budget control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
  • Analyse sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and dining experiences
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development
What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in inventory management, budget control, and data analysis
