A leading hotel brand in Singapore is seeking a Cook to prepare and present high-quality dishes and deliver an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will need a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a kitchen and a Food Safety Level 1 certification are advantageous. This is a full-time position at Hilton Garden Inn Serangoon.
A Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.
As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. A Cook will also be required to prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
