Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

A leading hotel chain where excellence in hospitality meets innovation in marketing. We are recruiting for a talented Senior Manager for Marketing & Communications to lead our promotional efforts for one of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.
  • Conduct market research and oversee branding efforts.
  • Manage online and traditional advertising initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and media partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials.
  • Lead and mentor team members.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate promotional events and manage the media plan.
  • Oversee strategic alliances and partnership programs.
  • Provide guidance to the hotel on media, communications, and partnership marketing.
The Team

Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of 2, with a dotted line to the Corporate Director of Marketing.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience in the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics, attention to detail with the ability to execute strategic initiatives, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts are essential. A creative thinker with a track record of innovative content creation, proven experience in successful media positioning, and a keen understanding of market trends and competitor strategies is highly desirable. Budget management expertise for ROI and revenue goals will be considered assets.
