A healthcare service provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled phlebotomist to perform blood collection and other clinical procedures. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Perform venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick blood collection accurately and efficiently.
Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures according to clinical protocols.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with infection control guidelines.
Verify two patient identifiers prior to every procedure to uphold patient safety.
Complete all documentation accurately to ensure proper traceability and adherence to good documentation practices.
Comply with workplace safety, hand hygiene, and other regulatory/accreditation requirements.
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to patients, healthcare staff, and external partners at the counter or over the phone.
at least 2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience in a fast-paced clinical or healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centred mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
High attention to detail and adherence to clinical safety standards.
