Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather triage information and assess patient health concerns.
• Handle all patient and customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Schedule and reschedule patient/customer appointments.
• Maintain hospital staff contact details for emergency activations.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new staff.
