Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures according to clinical protocols.

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with infection control guidelines.

  • Complete all documentation accurately to ensure proper traceability and adherence to good documentation practices.

  • Comply with workplace safety, hand hygiene, and other regulatory/accreditation requirements.

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to patients, healthcare staff, and external partners at the counter or over the phone.
