Job summary
A leading provider of palliative care in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Nurse to join their inpatient team. The role involves providing individualized nursing care to patients, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Nursing and possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. This position offers a competitive salary package and is located conveniently from Bishan MRT station.

- Minimum Diploma in Nursing from the local Polytechnic and registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Post-registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting preferred.
- Possess at least 3-5 years’ experience in inpatient setting.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with physicians to provide the best care to patients.
- Ensure standards are met in documentation and care plans.
