💰 Up to $7,000/month + Allowances + Bonuses

What you’ll do:

• Apply your nursing expertise in dynamic outdoor environments, beyond the usual hospital or clinic setting.
• Deliver emergency and critical care in challenging field conditions.
• Provide health support for youths in outdoor adventure programmes, managing a range of medical needs.
• Oversee adolescent health checks and ensure compliance with public health guidelines.
• Contribute to training, teaching, and development of learning materials.
• Conduct research and analyse health-related data.
• Participate in international expeditions and collaborate with global centres.

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board and at least 6 years’ experience in pre-hospital, emergency, or critical care.
• Experienced in leading projects and/or non-clinical services.
• Independent, resourceful, and adaptable to austere environments (field, sea, overseas expeditions).
• Willing to take on activation roles outside office hours, including occasional 24-hour shifts (with time-off provided).
• Strong team player with initiative and resilience.
