About the Role

• Proactively provide care, perform first aid, and arrange for ambulance when emergencies arise.
• Assess and monitor health and nutritional status of residents.
• Conduct physical examinations and other minor procedures.
• Ensure specimens are collected appropriately and dispatched on time.
• Initiate interventions and evaluate the management of the residents promptly to minimize unnecessary hospital admissions.
• Administer prescribed medications and observe for any adverse side effects.
• Record informative, accurate, and concise statements on the nursing care rendered to residents in compliance with required standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with valid AED/BCLS.
• Registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board, with a valid Practising Certificate.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Patient and empathetic, especially when serving elderly residents.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
