Job summary
A healthcare organization in Singapore seeks a qualified nurse to manage resident care, dispense medications, and provide clinical supervision. The ideal candidate holds a Nursing Diploma/Degree and is registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Relevant experience with adults with special needs is essential. Responsibilities
- Organise and dispense weekly medications into resident pillboxes.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and check medication expiry dates.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to nurse aides and healthcare assistants.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Education
- Organise and dispense weekly medications into resident pillboxes, including preparing doses for home leave.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock monitoring and checking medication expiry dates.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to nurse aides and healthcare assistants.
- Offer emotional support to residents and respond to behavioral changes or incidents.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with established standards and regulations.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic care environment for all residents.

- Working hours: Every Tuesday and Wednesday
