Operations :
Manage the operations of the centre.
Develop and conduct Outreach Plan.
Participate and lead in various quality and clinical improvement initiatives.
Manage stakeholders (MOH/Hospitals/Grassroots).
Develop and update SOPs.
Manage inventory (Medical and non-medical).
Manage reports.
Manage work plan.
Conduct needs and gaps analysis.
Ensure compliance with the licensing requirements of all the relevant authorities.
Manage KPIs of the centre.
Provide centre skills and procedures.
Ensure that the centre complies with the audit and practice standards and requirements of SATA and other relevant authorities (e.g., AIC).
Conduct information and referrals (Financial and Non-Financial Schemes).
Clinical :
Provide nursing services/procedures to clients and advice to caregivers.
Perform all other dispensary-related duties as necessary.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, perform clinical procedures, monitor conditions, and perform re-assessments.
Match/link clients and/or their caregivers to the appropriate services.
Assess training needs and provide caregiver training.
Participate in multi-disciplinary discussions for the management of clients.
People Management:
Develop and manage On-Boarding Programme.
Supervise junior staff.
Staff management.
Public Relations:
Perform feedback management including feedback, complaints, incident reports, etc.
Ensure a high standard of professional services to customers.
Maintain a warm, friendly, safe, clean, and customer-centric work environment.
Assist Centre Manager in the maintenance of the centre and equipment.
Financial:
Manage budget and finance of the centre.
Prepare annual budget and forecast.
Effectively handle all transactions, payments, and ensure proper documentation.
Tally and check End of Day collection and supporting documents.
Others:
Manage other programmes and activities.
Cover the duties of fellow colleagues (within and across departments).
Any other tasks assigned by the HOD.
Candidates will need to rove between Fernvale and Beach Road due to operational needs.
