Descripción de la vacante
A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking registered nurses to manage patient care and ensure safety in operating theatre procedures. Responsibilities include supervising junior staff and participating in care management. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
Formación
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Possess knowledge related to patient safety in operating theatre.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and plan the care management of individual patients.
- Participate in physician rounds and carry out treatments.
- Supervise junior nursing personnel in providing quality care.
Conocimientos
Educación
Possess knowledge related to patient safety of OT - asepsis, instrument management, swab management, consent, time out, positioning, etc.
Manage and plan the care management of individual patient.
Participate in physician rounds and carry out treatment / investigations as ordered.
Participate in action plans for the unit to enhance employee engagement.
Maintain current trends in nursing practice and management through formal education and self- development. Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve and follow through quality/ service issues.
Demonstrate competency in nursing core and special skills.
Supervise junior nursing personnel in providing quality nursing care.
Diploma / Degree in Nursing
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for a senior role
