Qualifications

• 8+ years of fundraising experience with a proven track record of securing gifts over $100,000.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive projects to completion.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of 2-3 individuals.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree in arts, business, marketing, or communications preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage key fundraising processes to support NHG Health's initiatives.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donor relationships to meet fundraising goals.
• Develop General Giving programmes with collaboration from various teams.
• Create and enforce fundraising best practices and guidelines.
• Oversee gift processing and stewardship activities for donors and stakeholders.
• Support management reports and budget preparations for the Advancement Office.
