About the role

This is a full-time Clinical Specialist role with Pharmatech Medical Entreprise Pte Ltd, a leading Pharmaceutical and Medical devices company based in the Central Region. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective use of our innovative medical products.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
• Providing comprehensive product training and education to ensure optimal utilisation of our medical devices and pharmaceuticals
• Addressing any clinical questions or concerns from healthcare professionals, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams as needed
• Collecting and analysing feedback from customers to drive product improvements and enhance the customer experience
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting our products
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to our customers
  

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar clinical specialist, medical sales role or OT experience within the medical device industry
• Excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry, including clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
• Strong technical and medical expertise, with the ability to understand and explain complex product features and functionality
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals at all levels
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality customer support
• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, pharmacy, or biomedical engineering, is preferred
