Sales and Marketing
To deliver best in class sales and distribution, marketing, and case management support enhancing the overall service proposition to business partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist in case management for Financial Advisers, Broker, and Bank channels, enhancing the approach to pending case management and communication for streamlining and reducing TAT for each.
- Ensure case management tracking is up to date to enhance pipeline management, following through cases and highlighting issues for resolution
- Deliver best in class distribution support to business partners, exceeding expectations with solution-based prompt and accurate answers to queries from business partners across all channels.
- Assist business partners to submit cases accurately and correctly, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance the overall experience and TAT.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports within agreed timelines, enhancing the process to become more automated and self-sufficient.
Marketing and Communication Support
- Responsible as the key marketing support contact for the Singapore Branch, liaising with Marketing and Communications head office for new initiatives as well as the delivery and outcome of Group marketing initiatives and events, including metrics review.
- Assist in all Singapore engagement events and activities with business partners coordinating the overall delivery of such events with wow.
- Provide timely and efficient marketing communication support, i.e. preparation, review and distribution of field communication, campaign announcements, and all other partner communications.
- Ensure that marketing materials such as product collaterals and merchandising items are kept up to date with appropriate stock levels, and are they delivered to business partners according to their needs and requests.
- Gather and collate insights and intel from the distribution team on competitor activities for update to platforms and various leadership.
General
- Represent Singapore S&D team with other internal stakeholders in discussion, implementation and changes in marketing support, sales support function and operational function that involves S&D input.
- Prepare reports as required by business partners within agreed standards
- Deliver training to brokers, Financial Advisers, and banks on the various new business and other processes, including the illustration and other software.
- Be the ‘go to expert’ for practical support and tips as the subject matter expert for product illustrations.
- Coordinate and lead the due diligence review on new distribution partners, continually enhancing the approach to the onboarding process
- Establish partnership with distribution management ongoing monitoring review of existing partners to ensure appropriateness of service levels and segmentation.
- Undertake UAT testing on new system and system upgrades ie new product implementation on sales illustration, portal upgrades, customers portal.
- Support the Sales & Distribution Team including global, on special projects as and when required.
- Performs any other duties or assignments as requested and agreed.

Requirements
- Possess a tertiary qualification. Additional certification in the Singapore Life insurance industry exams such as CMFAS M5 and others or similar will be an advantage.
- At least 3 years sales support or marketing support in the life insurance and/or Financial Services industry.
- Possess Life Insurance Product knowledge ideally with an in-depth knowledge of Universal Life and High Net Worth business practices.
- Possess basic understanding of life insurance operations (Underwriting, New Business & Customer Service) with Compliance and Regulatory knowledge and mindset.
- Good interpersonal skill with an outgoing personality and a strong team player mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Word with advanced PowerPoint Point function use for creating presentation material.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, being highly organized and time management discipline.
- High attention to detail, with great verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter able to work independently in a dynamic environment
