Job summary

A leading global life sciences company in Singapore is seeking a senior EHS professional to oversee environmental health and safety programs. This role requires developing and implementing EHS plans, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical engineering sector. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, and a Master’s degree are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant work experience in large pharmaceutical or chemical engineering fields.
• Preferably a Certified Safety Professional and Registered Workplace Safety Health Officer.
• Native fluency in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS work plans and budgets.
• Lead risk assessment and gap analysis activities.
• Organize EHS audits and inspections with customers and authorities.
• Develop and maintain EHS management system compliance.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage the EHS team.
