About the Role

Are you a strategic leader who excels at turning business challenges into powerful brand stories? We are seeking a Creative Head with a "out-of-the-box" mindset to lead our global creative efforts.

This role is designed for a leader who has honed their skills in fast-paced agency environments, where winning depended on the ability to merge sharp strategy with compelling creative. You are someone who doesn't just execute a brief—you write it, finding the unique angle that aligns with commercial goals while pushing creative boundaries. In this role, you will apply that same competitive edge to our brand, driving long-term strategy and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver work that is both inventive and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Creative Leadership: Act as a visionary who pushes the boundaries of what’s possible. You will take business objectives and elevate them, providing creative perspectives that offer a competitive edge and resonate deeply with audiences.
  • The Bridge Between Business & Craft: Work as a high-level partner to our Strategy and Business teams, and not a service provider. You will digest complex briefs and translate them into clear, inspiring creative directions that align perfectly with our commercial goals.
  • Lead with Purpose: Scale and mentor a multidisciplinary team (Art, Copy, Animation etc) across global offices. You don’t just manage tasks; you cultivate talent, fostering an environment where brave ideas thrive and every team member feels empowered to innovate.
  • Drive Excellence End-to-End: Oversee the journey from a raw idea to a polished campaign. You will ensure that every piece of content—across digital, social, and integrated platforms—is crafted to the highest standard and delivers measurable results.
  • Shape the Future: Stay at the forefront of the industry. By identifying emerging trends and technologies, you will ensure our brand remains relevant, modern, and consistently ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Art, Design, or related fields
  • At least 8 years of experience in creative and strategic leadership roles. You have a proven track record of leading the creative direction for high-stakes projects or accounts where strategy was key to success
  • Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams across different locations. You are a seasoned manager who knows how to develop talent and manage complex workflows
  • You have a deep understanding of how creative decisions impact the bottom line. You are as comfortable discussing business strategy as you are discussing design
  • You are a compelling storyteller with exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can distill complex business needs into clear, inspiring creative visions
  • Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to liaise effectively with team members and partners in Chinese-speaking markets.
