Responsibilities

An integral member of the global M&A team, you will spearhead the full cycle M&A activities for their Asia Pacific operations. This includes (but not limited to): sourcing potential opportunities, managing due diligence, conducting financial modelling, and overseeing negotiations through to successful execution and integration. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives. Your expertise will help identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets that will strengthen the market position and drive long-term value.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a seasoned M&A leader with a proven track record of transactions in the consumer goods sector. Prior expertise in key Asia Pacific markets, as well as knowledge of Middle East and Africa, would be advantageous. You would be recognised for your strong financial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders. effectively are essential.
