Singapore After Sales Support Specialist
Your mission

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused After Sales Support Specialist (Field & Enablement) to represent Stratio in Singapore. This role combines hands‑on technical field and troubleshooting work, customer training and enablement.

You will ensure Stratio solutions are correctly installed and maintained, while also helping customer teams adopt and gain maximum value from Stratio’s technology.

You will be the local first point of contact, reporting to and collaborating closely with our Implementation team based in Portugal. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and self‑sufficient, available to ensure occasional overlap for alignment calls.

You will be working in the field with vehicles and electronic systems, while also being capable of training and supporting customer teams.

Stratio’s technology supports more than 80% of the Singapore bus fleet in delivering reliable daily service. This is an unique opportunity to be Stratio’s on‑ground representative in the South East Region and shape our presence in the region.

As Singapore After Sales Support Specialist you will
  • Install and configure Stratio hardware (Databox and related equipment), provide field support for recalls, maintenance, and onsite troubleshooting in vehicles.
  • Collect CAN logs and diagnostic reports, coordinating with engineering teams to refine installation and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Guide and train customers and partners during installations and for first line issue resolution.
  • Provide first line support for Stratio clients in Singapore and further in South East Asia in the future.
  • Support customers during their adoption journey, working with Customer Enablement Specialists to ensure successful onboarding and usage.
  • Conduct customer training sessions (both onsite and remote) to ensure users can confidently operate and gain maximum value from our solutions.
  • Facilitate condition‑monitoring sessions and feedback loops between customers and internal teams, providing structured feedback to continuously improve product performance and service delivery.

  • Technical degree or certification in electrical, electronic, or automotive engineering fields, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to customer teams.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Availability to travel within the region and occasionally work flexible hours to meet customer and Stratio needs.
  • Availability for limited overlap with Portugal working hours (2–3 h per day).
  • We are looking for someone based in Singapore with a good understanding of the local market and culture.
Bonus Points
  • Automotive industry knowledge.
  • Established network or experience within Singapore’s public transport industry (e.g., bus operations).
  • Proven experience in vehicle electronics, diagnostics, or related technical domains.
Location

This role is based in Singapore. You will be our local presence in Singapore, operating independently while collaborating asynchronously with the teams in Portugal. You are expected to work both remotely and within our customers' facilities.
