Job summary
A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a Patient Information Associate to act as the primary contact for visitors and patients at HealthCity Novena Campus. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting with registration and providing directions. This role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role is essential, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and patients.
- Assist with self-registration and provide directions around the campus.
- Manage entry during non-visiting hours and explain visiting policies.
