Job summary
A food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Food Manufacturing Operator for night shifts. The role involves operating cooking machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Candidates should have food manufacturing experience and a Food Safety and Hygiene Certification. The position includes a competitive salary package and various allowances.

Responsibilities
- Perform general production operator duties to uphold quality standards.
- Operate cooking machines according to standard procedure.
- Check and inspect raw and finished materials.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Follow all safety and SOP guidelines.
Skills
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Woodlands
Working Days & Hours: 7pm - 4am (Mon - Fri)
First 2-3 months Training: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
90 percent night shift, 10 percent am/pm shift after probation.
Salary Package:
- Monthly Basic Salary: $2,200 (based on 5-day work week)
- Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per working day
- Night Shift Allowance: $15 per working day
Gross Salary = $2800++
- Perform general production operator duties to uphold quality standard, ensure safe and efficient operations at work.
- Operate cooking machines according to standard procedure
- Preparation of ingredients based on standard procedure
- Check and inspect of raw/ finish material.
- Maintain proper general kitchen cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Follow safety, BRCGS, SFA and company SOPs at all times.
- Highlight any issues to superior and seek resolutions immediately.
- Any other job duties as assigned
- Prefer work in food manufacturing experience
- Food Safety and Hygiene Cert
