Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production
  • Lead and oversee daily production operations in compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
  • Monitor product quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct routine safety checks and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges swiftly to maintain efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard production staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with business strategy.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and revenue.
  • Manage budgets and control operational expenses.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to enhance business practices.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across operations.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
