A leading manufacturing firm based in Singapore is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production matters in their Senoko facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning production schedules, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality standards are met. This permanent position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Competitive salary package of $6,000 - $8,500 plus bonuses is offered.

• Responsible for all production matters.
• Plan and forecast the production schedule based on orders.
• Oversee and coordinate the production department’s SOPs.
• Monitor production progress and improve productivity.
• Build a strong focus on quality during production.
• Ensure proper equipment use and arrange maintenance.
• Oversee daily production and maintain cleanliness.
• Implement product/process identification and track adherence.
• Handle production reporting and related administrative work.
• Plan and manage cost-saving efforts for production.
• Organise skills training for team leaders.
• Protect confidential company information.
• Evaluate and train production employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report to the General Manager.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm; Sat, 8am – 12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $6,000 - $8,500 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all production matters.
• Plan and forecast the production schedule based on orders and invoices, and assign daily production tasks to the Factory Manager.
• Oversee and coordinate the production department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production progress closely, adjust plans when needed, follow production schedules, and improve productivity.
• Build a strong focus on quality and address quality issues during production.
• Ensure equipment is used properly, and arrange required maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee daily production and ensure the production area is kept clean and safe.
• Implement product/process identification and check that procedures are followed.
• Handle production reporting, statistics, and related administrative work.
• Plan and manage cost‑saving efforts for production.
• Organise skills training for team leaders so they can manage safe work procedures.
• Protect confidential company information and ensure teams follow related rules and processes.
• Evaluate, train, recognise, and review production employees.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Report to the General Manager.
