Job summary
Join a leading healthcare organization in Singapore as an Assistant Manager in the CFO Office. Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of related experience in Finance, Healthcare Management or Strategic Planning preferred.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Data extraction and mining capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals for pilot initiatives with key stakeholders.
- Perform analysis for special projects supporting management decisions.
- Co-ordinate timelines for the annual budgeting cycle.

The Opportunity:
We are looking Assistant Manager (CFO Office) to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders and prepare proposals for pilot initiatives.
- Perform analysis for special projects to support management in decision making.
- Review department purchase/ unbudgeted and other ad hoc requests and ensure compliance of to the policies and procedures.
- Co-ordinate timelines and reviews for annual budgeting cycle.
- Review workflows and identify gaps/ potential in processes and propose appropriate rectifications.
- Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems.
- Any other relevant tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A good tertiary degree.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years preferably in of related experience in Finance, Healthcare Management or Strategic Planning.
- Flexibility, agility and ability to handle situations with an eye for details.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and possess data extraction and mining capabilities.
