Job summary

A financial management firm in Singapore seeks a Head of Finance to oversee all regional financial activities, ensuring compliance and supporting business decisions. This role requires strong financial management expertise, problem-solving skills, and fluency in both English and Mandarin. Position Overview:

The Head of Finance oversees all financial activities in the assigned region, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and supporting business decisions. The role focuses on optimizing finance processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the company’s financial health in the commodities industry.

Job Description:

· Manage the financial operations of the assigned region, including finance, cost control, taxation, budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis. Improve regional financial systems and processes.

· Regularly report regional project performance to the group, conduct financial analysis, and provide improvement suggestions.

· Participate in the analysis, review, and decision-making support for investments, major economic activities, and contracts.

· Prepare regional financial budgets and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring data is timely and accurately reflects business performance.

· Liaise with tax authorities, financial institutions, and other external bodies; review project financial documents to ensure data integrity and compliance.

· Review revenue, cost, and profit data, analyse operational issues, and propose solutions for improvement.

· Lead the regional finance team, responsible for recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.

· Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; ACCA, CPA preferred.
