Job summary
A financial advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Junior Analyst/Trader to conduct financial research and assist with portfolio management. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields. Entry-level applicants and those with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with trading platforms are needed for this role.
Qualifications
- Entry level is welcome. Candidates with 1–2 years’ experience are welcome.
- Familiarity with financial statements, basic valuation methods, and trading platforms is required.
- Exposure to Bloomberg, Python, or financial tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and market research across asset classes.
- Assist in portfolio construction, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Execute trades under guidance of senior professionals.
- Prepare investment memos, risk analysis, and performance summaries.
- Maintain and update market models, dashboards, and investment tools.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and provide insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal investment guidelines.
