A global healthcare leader is seeking a Pricing and Incentives Manager in Singapore. This role involves managing pricing strategies, sales incentives, and contract governance to maximize revenue and maintain best practices. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Sciences. Previous SAP experience is preferred, and a meticulous approach is essential for this highly result-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years working experience required.
  • Ability to digest information quickly and apply analytical skills.
  • Position requires a strong balance of interpersonal and conceptual skills.

Responsibilities

  • Owner for EPIC approvals and guiding the Commercial team.
  • Own all pricing related issues and lead process.
  • Sales incentives plan rollout and coordination.
  • Gatekeeper for all contracts process excluding distributor agreements.
