Job summary
A dental clinic in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and manage clinic operations. You will oversee the clinic team, ensure daily functions run smoothly, and maintain compliance with health regulations. The role involves conducting training, managing staff rosters, and overseeing marketing projects. The position requires a 5-day work week including evenings and weekends, with a total working hour of 44 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading and supervising a team.
- Familiarity with clinic daily functions and operations.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations from the Ministry of Health.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Clinic team.
- Oversee the entire clinic’s daily functioning.
- Conduct regular training and assessments.

- Oversee and manage stock orderings and invoices
- Oversee team meetings in the morning
- Oversee and maintain the overall facility management of the clinic, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Coordinate and co‑manage staff rosters for the maintenance of cleanliness and routine checks of the facility
- Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH), and all other regulatory requirements. Including licenses, maintenance schedules and insurances.

Work locations: Yishun and AMK
5 days work week (1 evening and 1 weekend included). 44 hrs.
