Job Summary

Looking for a detail-oriented Reservations Executive to support the Reservations Manager in managing daily reservation operations and optimizing room occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and manage all room reservations using Opera PMS with accuracy
  • Monitor room allotments and respond promptly to reservation
  • Support supervision and training of Reservations and Front Office staff
  • Coordinate with Sales on group bookings and rooming lists
  • Apply Selective Selling and upselling strategies to maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, credit policy, and SOPs
  • Experience in hotel reservations or front office operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
