Job summary

A leading facilities services provider in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage bi-weekly payroll processing, maintain HR files, and provide administrative support. The role requires multitasking abilities and independence to handle various payroll-related duties effectively. This position is primarily office-based in Balestier with working hours from Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll with additions and deductions.
  • Maintain all relevant HR files and employee records.
  • Address payroll-related queries and perform ad hoc duties.
  • Prepare payroll reports for internal use and submission.
  • Administer training related matters and maintain records.
  • Provide support in all administrative duties.

Job Description
  • Process bi-weekly payroll with additions and deductions while processing other handle payroll-related matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Upkeep and maintain all relevant HR files, employee records, upload certificates to the system accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Address payroll-related queries and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Prepare payroll reports required for internal use and/or submission to relevant authorities
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of training courses, update and maintain training record etc;
  • Provide support in all administrative duties;
  • Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Maintain and update relevant HR files, employee records, and systems in a timely manner.
  • Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently
Job Requirement
  • Location: Balestier
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm Saturday : 9am to 1pm (maximum 6 times in a year, when payroll giro period falls on the weekend)
