Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage payments, prepare contract documents, and advise on contract issues. The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in contracts management. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management preferred.
• Good communication and writing skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for maintenance and project works.
• Prepare contract documents for tenders.

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible to carry out processing of payments for scheduled maintenance works, breakdown maintenance works and project works.
• Responsible in the preparation of contract documentations, pre-tender and post-tender till award of tender.
• Advise to clients and operations team on contract clause disputes or contract clause understanding.
• Involved in bidding new tenders for new contracts for the company.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Building / Project and Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Candidates with Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) professional membership will be at an added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notices will be preferred.
