Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator to drive sales in renovation and fitting out works. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, coordinating with suppliers, and following up on after-sales services. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and must possess strong knowledge in M&E related trades and builder regulations. A competitive salary of $2,400 plus commission and a company petrol card up to $500 per month are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in securing construction contracts.
• Successful track record of contracts between 2 million to 5 million.
• Possess existing clients' telecontact.

Responsibilities

• Engage in dialogue with clients to close contracts.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material samples.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Interior Architect and Quantity surveyor.

Job description

CG Group are looking for technical sales coordinator specializing in A&A, Renovation and fitting out works in the construction industry.

• Be proficient in M&E related trade, electrical and mechanical.
• Knowledge in Builder works in Renovation, Waterproofing, A&A works regulation.
• Responsible in engaging dialogue with client, follow up contract with clients for closing.
• Liaise, coordinate between supplier / subcontractor for submit material mood board sample for client approval.
• Be meticulous in details, client feedback.
• Coordinate with internal Interior Architect Design, Quantity surveyor.
• After sales service follow up visit to review on customer satisfactory.
• Prefer self-own transport.
• Possess existing clients tele contact.
• Assist in other duties direct by Director.

Benefit

a) $2,400 Basic salary + 2% commission on awarded contract.

b) Company petrol card capped at $500 per month will be issued to selected candidate.

c) 3 months probation period.

Education

Technical trade in M&E, Builders regulation.

Experience

Minimum 5 years with successful track record secure of construction contract up 2 million to 5 million.

Successful candidate will report directly to group Chief Executive Officer on sales approach and sales report.
