This role will support the External Asset Management (EAM) Desk in providing exceptional service to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Single-Family Offices (SFOs).
Job Description
- Provide proactive support to Client Advisors in managing client portfolios, ensuring superior client service and satisfaction.
- Prepare and handle account opening documentation, KYC (Know Your Client) compliance, and ongoing client due diligence.
- Assist in investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and preparation of tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient execution of client instructions, including transactions and reporting.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their financial strategies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.
- The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Minimum of four years of relevant experience in private banking.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a client-focused mindset and attention to detail.
