Job description
  • Process daily orders and transactions for customers at the service counter efficiently and accurately.
  • Accurately handle payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and e-payments.
  • Promote ongoing promotions, events, and key product highlights to customers.
  • Provide basic product knowledge and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries via email, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive assistance.
  • Monitor and maintain the store’s cleanliness, facilities, digital signage, and promotional displays.
  • Receive, replenish, and organize stock on shelves up to four times a week, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Participate in bi-monthly stock counts to maintain and support overall inventory accuracy.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required.
