Your Role on Our Journey

You will serve as a dependable support pillar for our Sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to perform their best. From preparing contracts and managing data to collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, you will play a vital role in keeping our sales processes smooth, efficient, and accurate. Your contributions will help streamline operations, maintain organized records, and uphold our commitment to delivering excellence in everything we do.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Provide vital administrative support to Lumens Group, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Prepare customer contracts and guide clients through the signing process, delivering a seamless and professional experience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in a well-organized manner.

• Foster positive relationships with customers by offering responsive and attentive support.

• Help prevent potential disputes by ensuring clarity and accuracy in all contracts and agreements.

• Uphold company procedures and ensure compliance with established operational standards.

• Take on additional administrative responsibilities as required to support the team and business needs.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• Prior experience in a Sales Support or Administrative role, preferably in a sales-driven or customer-centric environment.

• Strong passion for team support and collaboration, with a focus on creating smooth and efficient workflows.

• Excellent communication skills, coupled with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset to effectively support the Sales team.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

• Meticulous attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
