Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen.
• Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. plates, utensils, etc.).
• Ensure proper dish washing process and maintenance of the equipment.
• Clearing and wiping of tables, cleaning floors, walls, shelves, toilets, and filters.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef.

Working Hours: 6 days' work week, Rotating Shifts
