Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has strong organizational skills, with experience in event planning being a plus. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute health-related conferences and events.

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events in the field of health professions education. The role will focus on managing conferences, workshops, competitions, and publicity efforts aimed at enhancing the Centre’s visibility and impact.
- Conference Management: Plan and execute health-related conferences and events, managing logistics, registrations, and communications with participants, speakers, sponsors, and vendors.
- Workshop Coordination: Design and organize interactive workshops for educators, students, and professionals, ensuring smooth logistics, materials preparation, and participant engagement.
- Event Promotion: Develop and implement publicity strategies for events, including creating content for digital platforms and tracking the performance of promotional campaigns.
- Public Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions and healthcare organizations, to enhance event reach and participation.
- General Support: Assist with additional tasks and projects as required, supporting the center’s mission to deliver high-quality educational initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, communications, marketing, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools for event management, content creation, and analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in event planning or healthcare/education sectors is a plus.
