As a Senior Product Manager (Compliance), you will design, build, and refine compliance platforms and tools that meet global regulatory requirements while optimizing user experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure the systems are efficient, effective, and intuitive.

• Platform Development:
• Design and manage compliance tools (e.g., for AML, transaction monitoring) that balance regulatory standards with optimal user experience.
• Product Requirements Documentation:
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, compliance, customer service, and product stakeholders to prioritize and implement product features that provide the greatest value.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making:
• Track and analyze key metrics to identify issues and drive continuous improvement in system performance and compliance workflows.
• Workflow Optimization:
• Continuously refine internal systems and user journeys to ensure intuitive workflows that drive operational efficiency.
• Global Coordination:
• Support Regional and Global Heads of Product in coordinating implementation across different jurisdictions and teams.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Clearly articulate new features, changes, and product rationale to internal stakeholders and end users.

• Experience:
• 5–8 years as a Product Manager, preferably in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain industries.
• Direct experience in Compliance-related product management is a strong advantage (e.g., AML, KYC, transaction monitoring).
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering scalable solutions under pressure.
• Lifecycle Management:
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and complete product development cycles.
