Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an Entry-level Logistic Assistant to support daily logistics operations. This role includes coordinating deliveries, checking inventory, and communicating effectively with teams. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications
- Some experience in logistics or a related field is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in arranging deliveries and coordinating with transport providers.
- Check and update delivery schedules and order status.
- Monitor and report on stock levels.
- Help solve simple delivery or inventory issues.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Keep records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documents.
- Support the logistics team in other daily tasks as needed.
Skills
