Job summary

A leading waste management company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have at least 'O' Level qualifications and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience is preferred but entry-level candidates may apply.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred (entry-level candidates may also apply).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain daily accounting record/data into excel worksheet and accounting software accurately and timely.
  • Handle phone calls, filling and general admin support.
  • Send out quotations to customers.
  • Coordinate with NEA and training Centre.
  • Coordinate with customers and their queries.
  • Coordinate with deployment team.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for equipment and services.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Education

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
