• Attend to customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on email enquiries.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Carry out assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Report to the Hotel Manager.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
