This role includes scheduling, logistics for travel, and hands-on assistance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be detail-oriented, with a preference for those comfortable with occasional overseas travel. The position comes with fully covered travel expenses and a professional working environment.

LadyThe Personal Assistant will support the Director (Lady) in both family-related matters and children teaching work. This role blends lifestyle support, day-to-day coordination, and hands‑on assistance during children study and teaching. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with the Director (Lady) in home, work, and travel settings.
Occasional overseas travel may be required, fully covered by the company.
- Assist the Director with daily scheduling, reminders, and personal coordination
- Assist with children’s schedules including school runs, classes, activities, and daily routine
- Support simple family-related tasks:
- booking appointments
- running errands
- arranging deliveries or household services
- Accompany the Director or family members for outings, shopping, appointments, or casual activities
- Help ensure personal routines and day‑to‑day logistics run smoothly
- Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times
- Accompany the Director (Lady) for local and overseas shoots or work trips
- Assist with logistics such as equipment handling, location preparation, or on‑site coordination
- All travel expenses (flights, accommodation, transport, meals) will be fully covered
- Trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable supporting family‑related tasks
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
